As it is said, follow closely your goosebumps.

This is the response while intently reading with desire to learn and understand. A physical, visible reaction, to simply absorbing a message as it was meant to be received. As am I, awakened further and aligned with the supernatural benevolent force of our ancient ancestors, each time revisited.

Such admirable words are gifts to us. Sent by multi generational spirits of the no longer physical, but entirely ever-present beings. These are the Telestai, our ancient teachers; ones whom are aimed, standing upright with intention. These are the builders of our lives, they are reservoirs of perpetual loving energies to comprehend and expound upon further, their value. As Helena Blavatsky wrote, here paraphrased, “these sources are the propellers of every change in matter.” Our venerated forefathers are seeking to help guide humanity through past experiences, are we paying attention? The Filia Vocis, daughters of the divine voice, are attempting to alter the course and timeline of humankind towards everlasting harmony, will you join them?

Read closely and aloud, over and again, with powerful wills and all the strength of your uniquely eminent beings, the Magnanimous worldwide prayer known as The Great Invocation, which has been translated into over 80 languages, dictated by The Tibetan, to Alice Bailey in 1945.

When read aloud and often, with passionate feeling from the heart of hearts, extraordinary changes will occur. Not only in your own lives as they have in mine, but throughout the world. As we think in the heart, so are we, as the profound Proverb teaches. Being in service to the betterment and good will of all, down to the smallest creatures is in our Natures. This is a most welcomed and kind, wondrous prayer. When recited frequently, in stillness with focused attention, it will surely further unify the righteous, spreading ubiquitously the peace we mostly desire.

As Soren Kierkegaard voiced, “the function of prayer is not to influence God, but rather to change the nature of the ones who pray.”

Imagine now, billions of souls in contemplative meditation on peace. These actions would completely transform this world from the demonic infestation we see currently, to one of splendor, where joyous freedom again reigns. Through our vital, incorruptible, life force principle that resides in the good, we will see this majesty. Love is the answer. Love is the energetic frequency that must first reach, then emanate from the hearts of men and women of this world.

For those few maybe left skeptical about the occulted, hidden energies surrounding us, I will introduce the readers to Plato here briefly. Ralph Waldo Emerson whom now has a revered name, wrote the following. “Out of Plato, come all things that are still written and debated among men of thought.” And as any true Platonist maintains, “wisdom can only be attained by a thorough inquiry into the occult nature of the creation; it alone assures us an existence of bliss afterlife.”

These gracious progenitors of our past are here evidently, to spiritually serve humanity. They are always with us, guarding us, leading through love and kindness, sending their immortal thoughts to be triumphant in the pursuit of extinguishing forever evil, to ascend only good.

It appears to me clearly the greatest teacher is not experience, or life, nor any other obvious and repeated first to mind thoughts, but shame. The self induced humiliation, or embarrassment, of my own previous actions in the first part of my life through unknowing, is immense. Knowing the dire consequences of what I once contributed to, even often promoting while training professional athletes, through my lack of comprehension of what was cleverly hidden right before my face, will be forever haunting. Now though, is more purpose, and feeling behind in any form of knowledge, has become one of my most wonderful motivators. I offer the most sincerest of constant apologies to all, for my inattention and will make amends forevermore.

The following inconvenient message is humbly written, without any judgement whatsoever of any single person for what they choose to ingest. Yet, expressed with an absolute abhorrence for the unnecessary, unnatural, and wickedly abnormal,— torturous barbarity exacted upon defenseless animals for such an awfully accepted custom. What is known beyond any reasonable reproach, is that the peace most of us choose for the world begins, and also ends with how those most defenseless are treated.

Truly, did you yourself, knowingly choose what your diet would be growing up, or were you like most of us, and it was chosen for you from birth, what will be eaten? I ask also, who taught those that taught you, and myself as well. Because, if one were to put an apple and a chicken together with a child, the child will eat the apple and play with the chicken.

Seneca once wrote, “let us ask what is best, not what is customary. Let us love temperance—let us be just—let us refrain from bloodshed”. Seems a fair request by one of the most remembered names of all time.

I am fully aware that this message will be highly uncomfortable, very heavy for some, the truth always is. Many have heard the Biblical passage in the book of John 8:32 “you shall know the truth, and the truth will make you free”. But what is not referenced in this passage, is that while the truth will in fact set us free, first it will anger us. This is not my intention, in the least. I can not even stand to write, or say the word, but feel it most necessary to bring more light to this crucial subject.

The Taught Habitual Rituals.

Have you noticed most of the old televised traditions now are being exposed for their roots and are quickly being rejected by the awakening? From organized holidays and the allopathic medical system, to bull fighting and fox hunting, all being gratefully abandoned, because the collective consciousness is shifting higher, directly out of the inverted world in which we find ourselves. Just as it is with dietetics, which is the most important, because we become what we ingest, as where there is blood in, there will also be blood out. It is not possible to have peace on earth when the flesh and blood of miserably angry and tortured animals are considered food, this amounts to a perpetual blood lust. Exactly what we see in society presently, a constant suffering for all. Even for those of us who would not ever consume animal tissue, by default, we are all subjected to the effects of a supposed modern society that consumes violence literally.

To quote perhaps the single, most valuable and thoughtful sentence to advance further, forever, the answer for all planetary suffering, Love—Leo Tolstoy wrote, “as long as there are slaughter-houses, there will be battlefields”. The amount of wisdom which can be discovered in his few words there repeated, is simply indescribable, even by the greatest of authors.

The Greatest Nourishment.

Raw, plant based frugivorous and vegetable dietaries are vastly superior to all others, excluding one of a breatharians, in perfect atmospheric conditions. That is correct. This is so far past the point of debate you would have to be averting your eyes intentionally, or are being paid by big industry to promote agendas to not discover this for yourselves. I have written in great detail about this subject. How the air we breathe is over 75% nitrogen and absolutely full of water, we simply can not see it. For those that still think protein is such an important part of a dietary, the amino acids that most people think is protein is made from Nitrogen. Nitrogen makes plants grow—plants that feed the animals that people eat. I am not suggesting to quickly become a breatharian. I am saying kindly, it is wise to consider using for fuel, a primary source of energy which are the plants, not the secondary source as in the animals. Why not eat what they ate, instead of eating them?

Anatomical Frugivores.

Our physiology indicates plainly, when examined closely what we were designed to utilize for food. It matters not if someone, or group, of commercialized animal husbandry business’s simply do not want to see it yet. The simplest point being, homo sapiens are intelligently designed to be frugivores, fruit eaters, if eaters at all. There is much evidence suggesting that our even recent ancestors, did not eat or drink much of anything, or sleep for that matter—as hard as this may be for some to consider. Study the Tartarian civilization. How there were no known restrooms or sewage systems in the numerous majestical buildings, or about the town centers which at one time would have seen thousands of peoples.

Our physiology clearly proves human beings are frugivores first, not herbivores or omnivores, and especially not carnivores, not even close. For the true carnivorous anatomical makeup is the exact opposite as to that of a human being—these are all choices, no matter how abysmal. I will challenge anyone on this earth to a public debate and the winners proceeds can be used to further fund a charity of their own choosing. Whatever any one person or group would like to wager, all comers will be met with a tremendous amount of respectful truth and the most illuminated minds of all time as reference points. My position is, human beings, if designed to eat solid physical food at all, are frugivores by our god given natures, and any other learned eating habit is a choice.

Evolution or devolution.

The most simple explanation is usually the most correct one as maintained by Occam’s razor. Simplicity for finding knowledge is taught by the most revered names of all time. The following simple observations tell an enormous story.

Human beings are the only species that obtains foods in its most natural forms and then cooks the nutrients, which are the growth factors, right out of it. What smells so good during the cooking process, is actually the oxygen and other elements our bodies utilize, evaporating. Every other biological being eats raw food for sustenance, unless they have been humanized. This over cooking, is yet another learned habitual behavior that is not natural, and certainly not necessary, no matter how good artificially heated foods taste. Humans, are evidently also, the only undisturbed species as Brian Clement exclaims, on this earth, that does not eat a raw diet, the only ones.

Does this make us the most wise? Not hardly, as the more raw, the most power. Because raw live foods are frequency foods and natural. Foods in their most natural state provide the highest forms of energy to our cellular structures. Raw foods are replete with oxygen and carbons, both life giving elements. These types of unadulterated foods are electron donors, not electron stealers. Human beings are made of electrons. Plant based, natural, raw, live uncooked food is the most natural and normal form of feeding. Again, for a food material to be of good use to a living beings biological structure, that food must be itself electrical in its own Nature. This is the opposite of carnivorous feedings. Because the true few carnivores that are left, kill their prey themselves, with their true canine teeth and claws or talons they are endowed with for this purpose, and consume it immediately, raw. Exactly the opposite of humans, born with no talons or claws and flat teeth, that go to a commercialized market weeks later after an animal has been violently killed at a slaughter-house, conveniently called a farm, by yet another immature mind that will grow up haunted no doubt, to buy color dyed week old muscle tissue for food. I encourage the readers to seek further information on what becomes of many of the young individuals that work in these unfathomable environments and houses of terror. Places so abysmal, they have to be constructed with towering, sound proof walls in so that the surrounding people in the communities do not hear the screams and pains of death coming from the next “steaks” or “hams”. Curious why the flesh and blood of animals is given cute little names, as opposed to calling it what it really is—because only then will more of society quickly real eyes, what they are eating. Call things what they are, or live a lie.

Exalted names throughout antiquity teach simplicity. And by numerous accounts, were all plant eaters, they also recognized something about Mother Nature. As Manly P. Hall writes, “Nature preserves no unnecessary organs, they must have a very important role to play”. If we were meant to consume animals our physical attributes would be entirely different, exactly opposite actually. Our bodies quietly indicate to us what we are built to receive.

Know Thyself.

Homo sapiens are intelligently designed so perfectly, that our hands, mouths, intestines, teeth, saliva, stomach fluids, jaw structure and mobility, our colons, livers, and urine pH just to name a few, are the polar, or, exact opposites to that of a carnivore in the wild. I have, now as many others, done a tremendous amount of work detailing each of these sharpened points regarding how our physical appendages and internal constitutions, prove human beings are not built to ingest the flesh of dead animals and those that are doing so, are doing so by choice and habit, that is a learned behavior.

The human stomach relates part of the story.

Human beings have been endowed with precisely designed digestive system. In which, the present bacterium within extracts necessary energies from foods. Some call this energy light, electrons, or even the amber. The more electric or alive the food material is, the more alkaline the nutrients will be.

What many of us now see being deemed food, is actually indigestible dead matter which does much harm to the person ingesting it. So not only will the person not receive essential nutrients from the assumed food substances, because it is not truly useable forms of energy in the first place as it is without light, but they are also degenerating their own constitutions with material our bodies are not meant to consume. Surely many by now have heard the story of John Wayne and Elvis, where they were said to have over 90 pounds of undigested flesh in their stomachs between them. What is indigestible, causes putrefaction and illness within, and without.

We are what we eat and what they eat.

Knowing we are what we eat, what do you suppose the cows are eating to make up the flesh and blood on their bones which people are eating? Think they are eating organic feed and drinking the freshest water and getting plenty of sun? Or could it be the opposite and they are being injected with god forsaken chemicals, confined, tortured, and eating all genetically modified artificial gruel to fatten them up as fast as possible for yet another young, surely disturbed butcher.

For example, artificial substances, petro-chemical based pharmaceutical drugs, genetically modified organisms, carnivorous feeding, and what is thought to be table salt, destroy not only ones tastebuds, but also their digestive systems. The stomach, upon pouring in substances that are not natural, will soon lose its primary function, which is not to digest food no matter how many tell you so, but to produce sodium bicarbonate and for light extraction. Consuming these things will render the stomach depleted in hydrochloric acid, which is essential for these functions, and also is our stomach acid extremely low in comparison to a true carnivore. This is only referring to the stomach itself and its primary function which also requires carbon dioxide (the gas of life), much more damage is being done where energy should next be released, and that is inside the intestines. Remember the human intestines are over 30 feet long, completely convoluted, coiled perfectly for fruit and seed maximum nutrient extraction, whereas, one of a carnivore is very short, and pipeline being straighter, again opposite.

For we are electrical beings first, then chemical. Raw, plant based foods and sea vegetables contain live nutrients that are in fact power. They have harnessed the most impressive form of energies known to man which come from the sun. Raw live foods such as the leaves of plants and sprouts are those closest to the sun in which all things are derived. The kingdom of plants, sea vegetables, raw fruit and algae’s provide the absolute highest forms of nutrition which equates directly to our health. On one level the three most necessary elements required for all life are carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. Knowing this, it will prove wise to seek fuel, or foods that contain the most pure amounts of these things.

I take the necessary time to intently research all that I ingest and have come to unyielding conclusions that are irrefutable by any person that is of a sober and rational mind. Some of the deepest of details can obviously be debated, but not the overall qualities that certain foods posses and the bioavailability of them, this is incontrovertible. For one is dead as in animal flesh and another alive like sprouts.

The Incredible Comparisons.

The life enhancing qualities of a few foods outlined next show the staggering benefits of raw live foods, and also the very common misconceptions as to where usable protein actually truly resides. And this protein, or what most people wrongly assume is protein, is not even contained in the so called foods they think it is in, and protein is definitely not even close to the most important piece of a superior dietary. Proteins are acidic in their nature, and “proteins” are an enormous part of the problems, particularly animal protein. When we are first born we are known to be only 1% protein and are endowed with unlimited awareness so write many very astute researchers. If one is seeking “protein”, there is more protein in green lettuce or broccoli than any animal muscle. Unless one wants to consume on average about 10x the amount of calories, does this sound logical? The more calories we ingest the more waste we create, which turn to toxins. So it makes perfect sense to consume the highest amount of nutrients from the fewest amount of calories. Notice next in this comparative analysis of a few crucial vitamins and minerals, just how superior the plant kingdom is to dead animal matter. This is leaving out raw berries, melons, and fruit, which is the most superlative form of feeding, when picked ripened and unadulterated. The vitamins and minerals included in the comparative information are known to be of absolute importance within the body.

Potassium. Potassium is on one level one of the four most vital properties for all life. The highest concentration of any mineral in a healthy human cell (if we even truly have cells) ought to be potassium. Potassium is the alkalizer and has incomparable cleansing properties. Below are the amounts of potassium that is able to be provided by true food material and then chicken tissue.

Chicken may contain 75.5 mg of potassium per 100 calories. Whereas thoughtfully grown dark green lettuce should contain 1,299 mg of potassium per the same 100 calories. 75mg as opposed to 1,299.00, what a difference. A 178.028% difference to be exact.

The inferiority of dead animal tissue in magnesium content is proven over and over again such as with chicken, which may contain 8.6 mg of per 100 calories of this vital nutrient, whereas green lettuce should have 87.1 mg of magnesium per 100 calories, a 164% difference this time.

Lastly, a look at Iron and how it compares between the the two. Iron is of upmost importance, not cereals fortified with iron or iron filing residues, but natural iron which is found in in select foods like certain sea vegetables, moringa, and melons.

Iron is so incredibly important because of its extremely unique magnetic properties. All other minerals are attracted to iron. So when we ingest pristine and usable forms of iron through our dietaries, we in essence have the potential to accumulate all the other minerals as well. I will ask the readers to next contemplate to whatever level they are willing, this question; do you feel the substance that confers oxygen to our brain is important since our brains operate on oxygen? Oxygen that is converted to electricity which powers our bodies. Of course the answer is yes and that necessary substance, is iron.

The iron content in chicken fibers is about 0.5 mg. per 100 calories, the iron level in again green lettuce, 6.0 mg. Once again no comparison whatsoever, for one of our master minerals.

She is also right.

These are just a few comparisons regarding simple lettuce nutrient superiority over animal tissue which anyone could investigate further. One will find even more astonishing numbers comparing live sprouts, algae’s, raw fruit, certain sea vegetables, and moringa.

In conclusion, it will prove very edifying to anyone, no matter what current level of nutritional prowess they posses, to delve further into the specifics outlined in this message. Do not be misled by talking points in shallow searches, mainstream books, or foolish headlines written by industry and associations that think of money and not harmony—remember simplicity. Also remember, we are the only species on the planet that cooks and denatures our choices for food and drinks the milk of another species. This does not render us the higher life form it appears to me.

As Mr. Sebi contended for so many years prior to his murder, “there has been a violation, a violation that is costing us our lives today.” Categorically, animals not captivated do not get ill typically, until their age is such that father time comes for them. Sebi also rightly said, “gorilla’s don’t eat blood, he eats leaves and berries, but see, he is sane.” Gorilla’s are plant eaters and they are known to be at least ten times stronger than a man. Elephants, lions, and gorilla’s, do not fall ill from not being taken to a clinic yearly to receive numerous doses of unpronounceable chemical concoctions. Wild dogs, boars and any other free animal, cannot possibly suffer from all the dis - eases as seen in the captivated ones, let us please be real if anything. The animals, as humans that are ill, are the domesticated, or trained, ones. The ones that ingest the cooked swill and drink the worst of water. Very sadly, the ones mass produced, being shot up, pent up, left alone and unloved for their hastily shortened and entirely depressed lives.

The same ones people eat and mistakenly think is a good and healthy form of energy. How can that be, where ingesting pain and suffering turns into healthy humans?

It can not.

We can be the change for the peace most of us would have in this world, but it begins with first knowing. So as difficult as this is to write and also I am sure read, I write these words with a tremendous amount of respect for those absorbing such possibly disturbing content. Might this information be forever useful to humanity and to all of our most dependably loving brothers and sisters called animals.

The glands of our endocrine systems do not only regulate, or govern the quality of our bodily functions which is often mentioned with the subject, the endocrine glands in truth, create us. Our moods, our growth developments, our well beings, and our metabolisms, resulting in the proper, or improper functioning of our bodily chemistry. Once knowing these necessary glands actually build who we are on many levels, why would anyone continue to use unnecessary chemical based products that not only disrupt the endocrine system, hence the name endocrine disrupters, but yet evidently destroy and alter fundamentally, natural endocrine processes?

Those that ingest or use chemically rife materials become a product of them. People become that which they are connected to as much as we are what we eat. Plastic derivatives and estrogen mimicking compounds such as phthalates, which is exactly what is found in most all commercialized, as in on the tele-screens laundry soaps, and other household products thought to be cleaners, are not the only option, even though this is all that is widely promoted. The natural companies, producing the most thoughtful goods for human and animal consumption simply do not have the required capital to compete with the largest chemical companies on the planet. The shift is occurring though anyhow and it is so great to experience the awakening.

The original cleaners, soaps, and disinfectants were all plant based. Our much more wise ancestors used plant based everything, especially for cleaning. Such as different forms of potassium, which was derived from plant ash. The greatest disinfectant they were also highly aware of, is the Sun. Small actions like opening the blinds in your home will offer great protection by way of cleansing. Some of us have also been blessed, as all we have ever known is plant based soaps, toothpastes, deodorants, insect repellents, laundry detergents and the like, and the primary goal of this message is to outline some very simple changes one can make that will without question, bring more vitality to ones life.

Atmosphere.

The air we breathe is paramount to health, and what keeps the air pure is plants and greenery, not artificial anything.

How mature does someone need to be in the mind to realize that an array of noxious chemicals in plastic bottles, or synthetically oil doused cardboard figures hanging on rearview mirrors in cars, are not air fresheners at all. Those using these types of products are in fact poisoning their olfactory organs and tissues in their own noses, not freshening the air. Just because these tissues in their nasal passages are being momentarily paralyzed, saturated and slimed with who knows what does not mean the air has been “freshened”. There has always been available organic extracts, essential fruit and flower oils to be used for this purpose that will enhance our bodies, as opposed to the exact opposite.

The estrogen connections.

What all ought to realize sooner rather than later, is that estrogen, and its primary components are stress hormones. Plainly, when these chemical based products are used, one of the consequences will be elevated stress levels because these chemicals mimic, or perform like estrogen once inside the body and mind. And just one of the ways that these manufactured chemical agents get inside the body is through the way we were created to gain immunity, through our nasal passages, or noses. Pay attention here—This delicate process of being strong and healthy actually originates before we are born. The way nature intended is for a fetus to pass through the birth canal of the mother, where the baby is then bathed in essential bacterium that comes in through their noses. These essential bacteria then lodge themselves into the children’s intestines to mature. The microbes are then fed by the sugars and fats from the breast milk to grow the colonies of these crucial microorganisms to be used throughout our lifetimes for protection. Of course here in the delusion, this is why c-sections are being so widely promoted, because all is inverted, almost as if something wants us ill.

More on the air we breathe.

Very interesting word is breath, as in Hebrew it translates to vapor, air, and the garden of Eden. What are we breathing in when people know the smell of the type of laundry detergent their neighbors use? So unnecessary. What they are smelling is the abhorrent chemicals being used by manufacturers that are either ignorant of these facts or they are in on the agenda of societal illness. Couple this with the disappearing oxygen levels, particularly in the cities, and these chemicals even have more of a deleterious effect on us. I encourage the readers to notice the ingredient list on the most popular brands of detergents, soaps and all so called cleaners. If you are able to pronounce any word at all that is. All these mass produced chemicals are extremely foreign to the body and will prove extremely problematic to the consumers of these unnatural substances.

The molecular structures of these chemicals that comprise these fake products look like estrogen on paper and the effects are quite obvious as we look about our surroundings. (BPA) Bisphenol-A, and around one thousand other closely related chemical compounds derived from the residue of plastics are being used in virtually everything, which are masculinizing the women, and feminizing what used to be men.

These noxious plastic derived compounds target testosterone and compete at the cellular level for a place on our natural estrogenic receptor sites. Gynecomastia, more commonly known as men with tits, would be a small worry compared to the other havoc being created inside the body with an accumulation of unnecessary and unnatural estrogens. One of the effects on the feminine would be that the body will think it is pregnant and will prepare as such by storing unnecessary fat and toxins. This is partly the reason why women gain weight during their pregnancies. Again, estrogen is a stress hormone. Imagine a body that is constantly under duress because it is subjected to now artificial estrogen, every day, due to a house full of chemicals. The body just may think it is pregnant forever, resulting in never ending stress hormones being released such as cortisol and catecholamines which are naturally secreted by our endocrine glands. Elevated levels of these chemicals for prolonged periods would cause a host of problems from elevated blood sugars to the worst imaginable.

Know also the residue from the plastics once in our tissues does not easily dissipate, or simply go away, especially when more chemical toxins are being added to the natural composition of our bodies. Also, the more unnecessary fat one carries is the more they will be affected, because it is well known that toxins accumulate in fatty tissue. The bodies primary necessary responses to these concocted chemicals will be the root cause of every ailment, which is inflammation and there are simple solutions.

The most simple solution would be to immediately remove plastics from ones life. All of it, from however unthinkable. Such as plastic cooking utensils which when heated, begin leeching plastic resins into the food material, literally sweating it into the foods. Or, the infant “toys” that children suck and chew on, basically nursing on estrogen sticks. Estrogen, a stress hormone in children from their lives being immersed in plastics. Look at the isles in the stores, completely full of plastic gadgetries which is sadly now considered play things. Can you see how this is a problem? Most all lotions, shower curtains, household products, and insecticides, all contain these gender bending chemical elements.

How about children having wooden, metal, and stone toys once again what do you say? Lead them to rocks, wood, metal, streams and sunshine, wow the change is so simple.

Plant, flower, and root based extracts can be used for everything imaginable and they are non toxic to humans and animals. How about the trucks we hear buzzing through our local neighborhoods at night spraying for insects? Many times even before the few children that still get outside have even gone back indoors. What are they spraying on the “insects”, do you know? Are you aware that peppermint, clove, eucalyptus, cedarwood, citronella, vinegar and lemonwood would do a far better job and vastly improve the environment as opposed to destroying it? Load the trucks with cedar wood and peppermint oils and there will be no insects anywhere close. This is what should be demanded from our municipalities. Guess whom are also the insects being affected greatly? By again, unnatural everything being foisted upon us, without any permissions or consent on our parts.

Through numerous ways the human family has forgotten what has always performed best, and that is Nature. We now live in a world where I notice that real lemon juice is the primary ingredient in furniture polish and artificial lemon flavoring is used in so called lemonade. Plant based everything, including cleaners and soaps were here on this planet long before enormous chemi-kill corporations adulterated, and poisoned all that we see on the shelves these days, That is, if one is even able to walk down the isles that contain these products without sneezing or coughing.

Change is occurring though. Notice how the natural sections at the markets are all growing the quickest? This is due to the shift in consciousness the world is experiencing as more and more are realizing that natural products are far superior in every respect, and that the abhorrent chemicals are causing humanity massive problems. Everyone reading these words and others like them have incredible abilities to affect the massive change necessary for the human family to once again thrive. We have much work to do, may we not forget our essential purposes of being human. To echo the Great Manly Palmer Hall, “Time is not for wasting.”

On Libra

September 24th-October 23rd

Pleasant greetings to all.

It is quite simple for all to be well, and for our society to vanquish forever this darkness which is now showing itself so clearly in our world, when Synchronicity Reigns. This is the intention of all light workers, to simplify everything to advance knowledge in all. For as Pythagoras of Samos, whom revealed to the world the Pythagorean theorem reminded us so long ago, “For good is simple, evil manifold”.

The beginning of synchronicity is divinely embedded in the true science of the stars above. From time Immemorial, the wisest of peoples, from all civilizations have concentrated their minds on the universal patterns of the astral light above. In fact, these constellations of planets, points of light, and star houses constitute the deliberately hidden meanings of all major religious manuscripts, particularly the Bible.

Can you lead forth the Mazzaroth in their season, do you know the ordinances of the heavens?

The Mazzaroth literally means star constellations. Of course there are numerous other examples, in fact, the entire Bible many now find to be an Astrological treatise and a book on regeneration when read with more refined eyes.

How fitting it is to be introducing more vetted logic and mindful reason through the written word on this September 24th, beginning in the house of the most potentially ever, balanced and harmonious of all the star signs, Libra. We would all do well to learn as much as possible from the developing Libran and their repositories of vast knowledge, being native to their zodiacal sign.

When the Roman created calendar first indicates September 24th of each passing year (year, being yet another term traced back to the sun) Mother Earth, and all her life forms will begin to be bathed in the engulfing energies of the constellation Libra. On this day and only one other, March 21st, day and night everywhere on earth are exactly equal in duration, illustrating to the keen observer the perfect balance of Libra through our cosmic creators. Today, our sun’s magnanimous life creating light will first touch, and then fall, crossing the equator, the exact halfway point between the Northern and Southern hemispheres. This “falling”, or waning of our golden sun’s angles, the angels of light— The living particles of all creation, will then display themselves this energy signifying the massive change that is coming as now night will dominate the day.

Being September is the middle month we are now precisely halfway through the Roman Calendar year, showing again the perpetual balance as it is described with the star sign of Libra. Many surely know that balance is often associated with Libra, this is very important however only topical information. What follows is perhaps some unique insight and further knowledge regarding Libra, as I am not now repeating words of others about what could evidently be, when all skills and virtues are mastered and enacted upon, simply the most harmonious of all those born under our golden sun, Thor and most intuitive moon,—The Evolved Libran.

Libran’s your beginning, Genesis, or Genes of Isis (the moon) is that of a masculine polarity and you are classified as a Cardinal Air Sign. Cardinal is a Latin term when traced back to origin is defined as a hinge, or doorway, as in passage to the heavens.

As you are an Air, or Ether sign, the fifth element that is conveniently left out of all establishment teachings, you will certainly be very prone to gaining the giant mental energies and intellectual capacities of those ascribed to all Air signs. Remembering however that intelligence, or information, is never knowledge and is even further separated from Wisdom. To become truly knowledgeable and then wise, we must first discern properly filtered intelligence then act upon experience.

Being able to decisively take action after contemplation would seemingly be a necessary goal for the developing Libran, as your innate desire to keep everything perfectly balanced could easily result in indecisiveness. Any type of perceived unnecessary vacillation could make the Libran appear non effective, lazy, or incapable of making decisions.

Librans, you rule, as the other eleven luminaries a particular region of the body, with yours being the salinized water constituted kidney’s, lumbar region, and also skin. Remember the kidney’s are the scales of justice inside the human form, which of course is why one symbol associated with Libra are these very weights and measures of balance—The Scales of Justice.

One can also easily observe in their Libran friends the particular physical trait of having excellent skin, as our regenerative kidney’s are paramount for all health and let us all not forget that our skin is in fact our third kidney and the largest of our waste eliminating organs. This middle region, or particular place in our bodies where our kidneys are embedded commands the upmost respect because this is where the balancing and purification of our life giving fluids occurs. This is the exact area of the Greatest of all bodily systems, the one of the Lymphatic.

If we as humans could keep the interstitial fluids, the fluids between or cells pure and alkaline, free of metabolic wastes, our lifespans would increase immeasurably. Remember that our lymphatic systems are at least four times larger than that of our blood and still there is very little talk of this most fundamentally important bodily system.

Again, the location and functionality of our organs and glands in this region of our bodies, shows yet another divine relationship with the constellation of Libra. In short, the location of these cleansing and fluid regulating organs are exactly situated in the mid point of our physical structures. While halfway and midpoints are synonymous with the Libran balance, so to are the bodily fluids which are measured for their potentiating hydrogen with a PH scale, again scale, as in the scales of balance. This is the gold standard for measuring the alkaline and acidic balance of any fluid on planet earth which is numerically indicated in a range of 0-14, with of course 7 being perfectly neutral.

Librans have so much associated with harmony and balance that many find themselves as “judges”, lawyers, teachers, moderators, social workers, or usually involved in any endeavors where calming, balanced mannerisms are indeed so crucial.

To merge, or unify opposing forces to each their equal positions is the maturing Libra, this information is easily demonstrable with any thoughtful study into the Wheel of Creation, the Zodiac.

Synchronicity, or the simultaneous convergence of both hemispheres of the divine feminine and divine masculine energies, would at least have to originate under Libran influence. This is not to say that most Librans have developed these powers as such, however, they would be the ones that would potentially be able to quite possibly make the best decisions with pristine development of these negative and positive polarities.

This star signs colors are blue’s and pink’s, and your birthstone is Sapphire which also associates you greatly with the original sun, the timekeeper Chronos whom is also known as father time, or the planet Saturn. This is why watches that display what we call time, are called chronographs.

Another physically apparent mannerism of this Libran energy that is very noticeable is their unique to their form gait, or walk. Every single Libra I know starting with my own brother walks in the same exact manner. It has been written by many other keen observers that they tend to glide across the floor, and that perhaps along with their identification with beauty (Venus), that many of them are runway models. Yet even as they glide, one will often notice a wobble typically walking with their arms and hands at their sides. Of the Libran walk writes William Schreib, “many people with this sign seem to walk like they have a book balanced on top of their head”.

Keen astrologers since time even before the great Giordono Bruno, know that the orbiting planets profoundly effect each of the star constellations as well as all other life forms. Bruno, whom by the way was disfigured, horrendously tortured, and finally murdered by the Catholic Church of the time for teaching precisely what is being written here, and by challenging their nonsensical teachings for the masses, such as daring to say that the earth is not the center of our universe, the sun is. Meaning that the sun does not revolve around the earth, the earth revolves around the Sun, thus proving Copernican theory completely incorrect as many others now have, utilizing Bruno’s prescient work as their guides.

The placement of the planets at our birth moments adheres us to a “rulership” planet, and for Librans, this is the majestic Venus. With this Venusian magnetic, or feminine influence that Carl Jung wrote so extensively about in his work Anima, most Librans will do whatever makes themselves happy, and nothing for long that will obstruct their joy for life.

As Venus casts her solar influence upon Librans, many of them will certainly have an affinity to water and also be associated with with one of the most treasured of all the elements concerning health, Copper. Let it be widely known that this last statement is easily substantiated because in truth, copper and carbon (mineral sugar), make electricity, and electricity (electrons) are in part what each of our cells operate on. Pythagoreans revered the planet Venus as “it was the only planet bright enough to cast a shadow”, and this of course will be displayed in, and through all those born in the house of Libra. Venus is also visible before sunrise and in the early evening her light energy can be seen even before the sun is set. As the light of Venus is also very apparent before the sun rises, references to the false light, the morning star, or Lucifer which translates to the light bearer, are also ascribed to Venus. The mother of the gods, Aphrodite, and also to the Grecians, Venus was known as the goddess of natural productivity and of more recent Roman controlled times, the goddess of Love.

Because of this Venusian rulership, Librans although a masculine polarity, are deeply enmeshed to the Divine Feminine which equates to ancestral knowledge, that of which is so necessary to be a well informed society. It is in fact this most precious and crucial attribute of love associated with Venus and Libra that our world today is in so much need during these times of such blatant Universal deception, starting with the plandemics and climate change frauds.

Increasingly important is as we grow in awareness and also clarity, to remember to do the necessary work for remaining strong of mind and body. In doing so these efforts will not only be of great use to our personal physical bodies, but for the preservation of our loved ones and blood lineage as a species.

Most all people ought be aware by now that something, or somethings, do not want the elevation or elucidation of our species. All one has to do to discover this is thoroughly examine the controversial subjects they think so certainly, cannot possibly be true. There is an older saying that comes to mind possibly from Mark Twain which rightly explains, ‘it is not the things that we do not yet know that harm us, it is the things we are so absolutely sure of.” The writing is on the wall it is also said, and this dark energy is not hiding itself any longer. Only the weak and weakened hide, the delicious truth expects and embraces examination. Might this not be so for the good in humanities fate, to be for*ced to feel co*mpliance with absurdity is now human and normal, as the supposed most enlightened beings in this reality.

Our internal and external atmospheres are changing to something far less oxygenated and lifelike, becoming more synthetic and acidic—all by malevolent design. I am here now conveying to you how to reverse, or at the very least slow down this program. You can do it, we can do it, all we have to do is change our minds and open our hearts more to uncomfortable information regarding such matters which are now so pervasive, that one would have to be simply refusing to look into the material to not realize this is all manufactured mayhem.

To grow stronger in this archontic construct we know as reality, we must work.

Vitality is not something that will be granted to us without continuous conscious efforts to this end. As a matter of truth it is quite the opposite, whereby massive efforts will be required to become stronger during these prophesized times. Remembering also to continue to assist in the collective strengthening of those around us, because as they grow so to do we. As the now, almost defunct controllers of society continuously attempt to conquer us through systematic division, whether it be through intention or ignorance, we must do the direct opposite and become closer to one another. Each and every friendship mended, be that of human to human, or even of equal value, human to animal strikes at the very heart of the dark entities of this world that choose to do us harm. Knowing this, it proves wise to remain and become even more unified in service to each other. Further unification of virtuous loving souls is paramount for our approaching victory in returning peace to this earth.

This message will entail very simple, yet effective beyond measure, ways to obtaining more life force energy. The principles and disciplines that follow are not debatable as to their usefulness by any forms of higher thought whatsoever. Might this knowledge be forever valuable through the elevation of health in all benevolent beings, especially for those altruistic souls of the animal kingdom. Because for society to become one full of joy and radiance, first we must ferociously protect and provide great nurture to the helpless.

The message above is not a meme with only little topical knowledge as we see so much of in today’s echo chamber media. There is undeniably staggering wisdom, and on numerous levels within his few words. You know, many people refer to Albert Einstein when seeking knowledge on many things for whatever reasons. Perhaps he was simply the chosen one to promote certain agendas. However, it was actually his wife Mileva that taught him mathematics before he married his cousin Elsa. Nevertheless, profoundly wise were they both, but in 1940 Einstein wrote about Mahatma Gandhi the following words. “Generations to come, it may be, will scarce believe that such a one as this ever in flesh and blood walked upon this earth". ~Albert Einstein—Out of My Later Years pg. 240.

I write this passage here to demonstrate the level of direct admiration coming from one whom is thought to possess greatness himself, has placed on another because of the persons character and depth of his words. Also, Albert Einstein penned, Nothing, will benefit human health and increase chances for survival of life on earth as the evolution back to a vegetarian diet”.

So we begin here, as this is also the most important point of this entire message. When seeking the highest levels of health we are to ingest foods that we humans were meant to consume, as our anatomical structures indicate so plainly, so perfectly clearly. The most simple points to consider that can be expounded upon, each one of them to the greatest of details, proving beyond any reasonable doubt that we homo sapiens are not equipped externally, nor internally as carnivores—Our teeth, intestines, hands (without claws or talons), non acidic saliva, low stomach acidity, mobility of our jaws, the size of our mouths, and much much more, all, are the exact opposite to that of true carnivores.

Exactly opposite, as our physical anatomy tells us the truth.

It does not matter what the echo chamber portion of our programmed populace continuously regurgitates, as in the talking points they have adopted as their own ideas continue to exclaim. What matters is your anatomy, and the type of food material it was divinely inspired to accept—and this truth is beyond any type of reasonable reproach. I will challenge anyone walking this beautiful earth to a debate on this most crucial matter, even be willing to raise a large amount of capital to be awarded to the winners charity of choice. It matters not how many letters they have behind their name, what poison ivy league school they attended, or how many followers they think they have hanging on their every word, I will eviscerate their repeated elementary shallow points of thought and level of intelligence regarding this matter. Clearly and decisively their talking points will be, and have been easily dismantled by all the genius of past and present. They have already thought of anything, and everything to be considered, particularly surrounding such a critical subject. So the repeaters of meme’s today, styling themselves as healers or nutritionists promoting carnism, would be arguing with the likes of Plato, Pythagoras, Seneca, Leonardo da Vinci, Einstein, Gandhi, and Goethe, etc. I write these words not to lionize or boast, but to bring crystal clarity to the most important and crucial issue known to man, if in fact we do desire peace on earth.

Becoming more, or increasing one’s level of vitality is quite simple, much like many things that appear to be so complex. Simplicity as an answer, is one of the greatest of all the lessons to be discovered. This one word is and will forever be, the centerpiece when seeking answers for the largest of questions, and is truly one of the most grand of all secrets. The most brilliant minds throughout antiquity concerning all things, particularly health though such as Paracelsus, Hippocrates, Ibn Sina, Pythagoras, Plotinus, Plutarch, Porphyry, and numerous others referenced this word continuously throughout their works. Entire continents of peoples adhered themselves to the teachings that were written by these unique personalities. A good thing for each of us to remember is that if someone is unable to explain something to us very simply, they themselves have yet to truly comprehend it. So anyone is able to see how useful this is when attempting to make decisions, especially regarding health. It is always an excellent practice to question what you are being informed with exactly in this manner, always asking for very simple explanations of even the most customary information, especially the most commonly accepted understandings actually. Remembering, I am here now what the wise Seneca wrote, might we ask what is best, not what is customary. Even though his statement was in context relating to human dietary, the point will prove sound on any subject. Because something was done in the past so unquestionably and commonly, does not make it right or justify anything. Many will contend that this is one of the primary reasons for humanities misery, continuing to blindly do what was done before. It is also the partial definition of un—sanity, continuing to repeat the same, essentially ritualistic, usual actions while expecting different results.

Necessitating health requires specific intention, a clearly focused thoughtful mind and salubrious actions. The path of least resistance does not apply to becoming stronger, other than the conservation element, even then though we still have to have force, to even know there is rest or relaxation. So we must perform work, or, utilize our faculties of mind and body as they were intelligently designed or they will atrophy, become smaller. After the work, whether it be physical training or ingesting food, removing the mess created from the efforts known to be acids should be done so in the most efficient manners as possible, and then escorted out of the body through our numerous eliminatory channels. Perspiration, urination, defecation, respiration, and menstruation, these are our modalities to eliminate toxins, (acids) and they all should be unimpeded and constantly utilized.

So here we have the first of the largest points regarding steps to take in seeking strength, and it is just this simple, efficient elimination. When referring to diet, the healthiest of dietaries is that which produces the least amount of waste products while imparting the highest forms of usable energy. This would be a diet replete with berries, melons, and fruit along with the proper fatty acids because we are frugivores by our very Natures.

Abstinence is another great principle of health. Abstaining from the unnecessary, as difficult as this may be, long before adding anything, including the most treasured of all supplements. Elimination comes first and with much more priority. The clean out always should precede the additions, because not only will it be time wasting, putting good on top of bad, but this energy could be utilized for something far more useful. Eliminate what does not serve you, or that is not a known constituent of your sacred blood. If it is not inherent to your Natural blood makeup, how could it ever benefit you?

There is no need to eat chemicals and concoctions of toxic substances modified to resemble, or look like food made in factories. Many people are now figuring these basic points out, to not ingest genetically modified foods, chemicals, fluoride, and the like. However if one is still ingesting animal flesh this is precisely what they are eating because this is what the animals are in fact fed, do you see? Imagine what is fed to the animals to fatten them, and cheaply of course, before they are mercilessly massacred. Every ounce of their beings was created by their blood, and their blood was created by their food and their horrific living conditions. Now this ghastly energy becomes part of those which feed upon it.

When examining your personal diet begin to notice exactly what is present. The amount of unpronounceable words associated with food has increased to a degree that is truly staggering for the more than thirty years that I have been paying close attention. I am not pontificating here, I am also speaking to myself as a reminder. We shall each choose our own levels of participation in these efforts of rejuvenation, because as Alan Watts so rightly says, for whatever reason we really like to do the things that harm us. He was referring to of course smoking, drinking alcohol, overeating and the like.

So no matter where each of us are in this journey, remember the more efficient we can become through opening up further our channels of elimination is the healthier we will all be. Urinate like there is no tomorrow, sweat as if your life depends on it, menstruate to force your body to create new blood, and defecate your way to feeling right. And if any of these are an issue, they will not be when you refer often to the universal solvent, water. Hydrate yourself to a degree that you would not think possible. Ingest purified, highly alkaline water and remember all comes from it, especially health. We are made from and of water, even our bones are primarily water. Also remember to fast often, and when doing so notice how much more clearly you think and better you feel as the parasites within become starved to their demise.

Although the following may not be immediately accepted by some readers it is in fact the truth, no matter what anyone’s belief system has held them to. Make no mistake about it, society is behaving and manifesting outwardly the energy they are ingesting. Food, and what people have been taught is food, is the predominate factor which directs and creates environments and thought patterns alike. We reap what we sow, we even reap what others sow simply because we are in the same vicinities. I write this with respect and am in no way judging anyone, however I also have unyielding admiration for the defenseless, and it is for them I speak plain and loudly.

It is impossible to have peace on earth while engaging in dominance over helpless beings and ingesting their unfathomable pain and suffering. As food is energy as everyone must know by now, what type of usable energy could this possibly impart to the ones who partake in their flesh and blood?

I leave the readers with some very formidable thoughts by namesakes that have lasted throughout the ages, all separated by vast areas of geography and hundreds and even thousands of years, yet they all managed to come to the same conclusions surrounding the most important subject there ever was. If we as a society are truly seeking peace, it begins with what we are choosing, or misled to feed upon.

The polymaths below do not loosely use words or terms for effect and an incredible amount of knowledge resides in their sentiments. They were all highly aware that blood lusting for food does not in fact abruptly stop with animals. They knew by ingesting terror and pain, what will be perpetuated the world over will be this also. All the references here provided are great, some being called the greatest Authors of all time, others, magnificent geniuses that have shaped our entire mathematical knowledge base, Nobel prize laureate’s, and a few of the greatest inventors to have ever lived. However, if there was one to point out to the reader to examine more closely their writings on diet, as difficult as they may be to read and absorb, would be Plutarch and Porphyry.

It would be best to accustom ourselves to eat no flesh at all, for the earth affords plenty enough of things fit not only for nourishment, but for delight and enjoyment ... But you, pursuing the pleasures of eating and drinking beyond the satisfaction of nature are punished with many and lingering diseases, which arising from the single fountain of superfluous gormandizing, fill your bodies with all manner of wind and vapours, not easy by purgation to expel. In the first place, all species of the lower animals, according to their kind, feed upon one sort of food which is proper to their natures - some upon grass. some upon roots, and others upon fruits. Neither do they rob the weaker of their nourishment. But man, such is his voracity, falls upon all to satisfy the pleasures of his appetite, tries all things, tastes all things; and, as if he were yet to see what were the most proper diet and most agreeable to his nature, among all animals is the only all-devourous (omnivorous). He makes use of flesh not out of want and necessity, but out of luxury and being clogged with necessaries, he seeks after an impure and inconvenient diet, purchased by the slaughter of living beings; for this, showing himself more cruel than the most savage of wild beasts. The lower animals abstain from most of other kinds and are at enmity with only a few, and that only compelled by necessities of hunger : but neither fish nor fowl nor anything that lives upon the land, escapes your tables, though they bear the name of humane and hospitable." ~Plutarch

Below is a perfect example of Plutarch’s assertions throughout his works.

Animals photographed by telescopic cameras in the wilds of Africa, amply bear out the contentions of Plutarch. Zebras, the prey of the lion, graze undisturbed by the very Presence of the King of Beasts. Other zebras hardly raise their heads, when a lioness pounces on her prey and drags it to her lair. They know she will only slay again when she is hungry, and they accept her hunger as inevitable. Only man causes all animals to flee from his presence.

Who are the real beasts?

The correlation between flesh ingestion and worldwide violence, along with the complete degradation of the minds of men and societal immorality, is irrefutable by any reasonable and sober mind. One might ask themselves as I have, why is it that all the genius of the world throughout each era of time, why were they all non animal eaters?

Perhaps George Bernard Shaw is able to answer this for us—"A mind of the calibre of mine cannot derive its nutriment from cows.”

Now, this point alone that the most wise throughout antiquity were all vegetarians is one to truly consider, however quick shallow searches will mislead and claim otherwise, but the truth is in their own writings, not what paid actors write about them. This message is not to judge anyone, but to share the most exacting, transformative information on every level conceivable.

Please, for the love of god and all that is good consider what you are putting in your mouths and teaching by example what others ought to eat. This is the answer whether you see it just now or not. With gratitude and humility these words are written.

There is one word describing what is necessary for not only transformation, but for generation, or creation to occur which has everything to do with health.

It will prove very useful for any individual to pay great to attention to antiquated material that has endured the course of what we know to be time. That which lasts through all the intentionally destroyed libraries, book burnings, weather, along with simply concealment, and yet still manages to reveal itself before us is a true testament to its strength and also content.

The following is indeed one of those priceless recordings.

“The key to life and death is everywhere to be found, but if you do not find it in your own house, you will find it nowhere. Yet, it is before everyone's eyes; no one can live without it; everyone has used it. The poor usually possess more of it than the rich; children play with it in the streets. The meek and uneducated esteem it highly, but the privileged and learned often throw it away. When rejected it lies dormant in the bowels of the earth. It is the only thing from which the Philosopher's Stone can be prepared, and without it, no noble metal can ever be created." 

All begins with this most treasured word including to be sure our health. As powerful as love is, although it is an answer and key to life it is not this answer.

It is interesting that over the course of time spanning around twenty or so years I have posed this riddle to quite a few clients and friends, and only one person has throughout this time answered this mystical passage with the elusive term in question. Perhaps it is even more interesting to me that most whom gave up or seemed to not pay it much mind never even asked again about it. What can some old occulted riddle teach us anyway?

Everything.

What I write next is not meant to demean or pass any type of judgement on anyone, it does in fact come from a place of love I am simply attempting to illustrate a sharper point. Although some of the same people mentioned who seemingly lost enough interest to inquire about an answer will still sit and do crossword puzzles, or far worse watch a television. A word to the wise, doing crossword puzzles does nothing to enlighten anyone as you would simply being engaging in word recall or memorization exercises of something you already know, whereas concentrating ones mind on something of great value presented purposefully in such a mysterious way is what will expand awareness which is a key to growth. And then of course there is the mind control programming of television absorption which is the epitome of uselessness and the antithesis for human development and that of souls in comparison to anything, much less the expansive knowledge embedded in such esoteric works.

The following is also not the answer but a brief background of the subject here provided.

Alchemy. A term to be fully respected and highly acknowledged to be sure. A topical definition of the word alchemy can be begin with the first two letters being Al, which is Arabic for the, towards, or to, all indicating direction. Next we see chemy, or keme which also appears to have an origin attributed to Arabic and also Egypt since the word Khem was once the name for Egypt itself. Keme spelled this way also when translated further we see it stands for earth. Keme being the root word of chemistry, alchemy, and chemical. This is very fitting as the ancient Egyptians appeared to be supremely superior to most civilizations in their comprehension of all things, particularly regarding health and healing.

This is important for many quite astonishing reasons but for the sake of this message Alchemy, the earth, to the student of mysticism is known to be representative of our physical bodies.

There were a great number of our ancestors who focused their entire lives seeking answers to great questions, especially those concerning health and human involution and evolvement of the mind as well as spirit.

Thus the alchemist’s search for the philosphers’s stone, or, the golden elixir of life to not only enhance our physical and mental beings presently, but to more importantly garner the immortality offered through alchemical (towards) actions which create and further develop our souls. The most prominent spiritual studies are underpinned by alchemy or “the art”, and this art was considered to have originated from the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus, or Hermes thrice great. Hermes is thought by many including the Rosicrucian schools of mysteries to have lived at the same time as Moses. So it is even plausible to suggest that Moses was taught by Hermes which would have indeed influenced him attributing to his “I am” persona which is pronounced in the burning bush symbological Biblical story.

Alchemy though and the sacred knowledge it maintains was not referencing the literal turning of physical lead into gold as is often misunderstood, but to enrich and enliven that which is within, being our water, blood, and oils, and through purifying these internal elements so to will our spirits and awareness be exalted, turning these majestic essences from lead into gold. Sentient living beings are the gold. We are the silver. We are all of these noble elements and these mystifying substances are us.

As holistic mystics note, “the methods of alchemy can be found in the Kabballah and are hidden in stories in the Bible. Wherever you look and by whatever name you call it, it’s goal is to materialize spirit and spiritualize matter. It’s aim is the creation of the philosophers stone which enabled the alchemist to transmute and perfect all things, to cure all illness and dis—ease and even grant immortality.”

Some will ask if the Bible refers to alchemy at all, and some will respond that yes the great book has numerous verses regarding alchemy. However, I respond that the entire Bible is an astrological and alchemical treatise, a mystical book that is an allegorical and metaphorical masterpiece concerning regeneration and for many exacting reasons. “As the fining pot for silver, and the furnace for gold; so is a man to his praise” The book of Proverbs 27:21. “Do you know the mazzaroth? The book of Job 38:32. The mazzaroth literally translates to constellations from the Hebrew in which the original Bibles were scribed. These are but a few of the multitude of passages that adorn the Holy Bible.

Some highly revered names associated with alchemy other than perhaps the largest one of them all Hermes’, are Pythagoras, Paracelsus, John Dee (queen Elizabeth’s Astrologer), Hippocrates, Empedocles, Sir Isaac Newton, Aristotle, Ibn Sina, and numerous others. These were knowers that all physical, or material manifestations of matter are derived from the elements earth, air, fire and water, and that the holy trinity of all things made physical are in their essence, salts, mercury, and sulfur.

The readers can notice from the above image in the top corners and bottom of the ancient image the words in Latin, anima (soul), spiritus (spirit), and corpus (body). These are the The Tria Prima, which is derived from the Latin meaning the three primes. Salt, sulfur, and mercury.

Salt because all things physical, solid, or permanent are thus, such as the human body. Salt is synonymous with purification and cleansing. The twelve cellular salts are exactly generators of all things breathing. I have personally been writing about cellular salts and how imperative they are for health now for over 30 years. It is not a coincidence also that my birth month just happens to be the atomic number for sodium.

It is also not another coincidence that my birth day is in fact the exact atomic number of the queen of all minerals, and the other element I have been associating with great health for the same length of time. This is how the grand architect of the multiverse operates I have come to understand.

The second of the Tria Prima essence is mercury which relates to fluidity and possesses the ability to be altered such as our mind and spirits. Mercury is known as “the messenger”, Isaac Newton wrote extensively on Mercury and its overwhelming association with transformation.

And the third of the great triad Sulfur, which represents all things combustible such as the human soul, that which is bathing in Leonic fire which produces love. Sulfuric fire, the reason for one’s prosperity and another’s troubles as this is duality. Soul Fur is indeed our spirit and the necessary heat associated with being.

And so here we see the Tria Prima which are signifying body (salts), mind (mercury), and our souls (sulfur).

This has been forbidden knowledge for centuries. It is most excellent to see so much prescient work being done by this many of our fellow beings, expounding upon such incredible material. Much respect to each of you as well as to the readers as we all continue to unfold into our destiny.

What is the answer to the riddle?

Those disciples, devotees, muslims, or any other nomenclature traditionally used to label and describe people simply seperated by geographic locations whom do not fear, are close to God. So implies the content of all the great spiritual texts known.

Many can now see clearly the world developing further into what some of us have been warning about for decades. Whether it be the population reduction programs through adulterating the food and water supplies and the horrific vaccines being foisted on society, or by the inevitable collapse of our financial system and prior ways of living, one thing is for certain and that is massive change is upon us and the consequences of such pre-planned mayhem is in fact going to be inescapable.

Still there is nothing to fear.

Because out of all this maddening unconscionable darkness that is now directly before us, its effects are also going to present the greatest of all revealing light, and rightly so, as this will expand the necessary consciouness for growth and the great spirit, that which dwells within all natural human beings that can not ever be described properly, by even the most thoughtful prose.

As the Russian saying relates, “fear makes the wolf seem larger than it is”.

There is nothing to fear, as this purely mental reaction although necessary, when imbalanced weakens us, and very much clouds our reason and logic. It is well known also that one of the primary tenets in Buddhistic teachings is that all anxiety is created through attachment or desire. As we become desireless as diffiicult as it is, and detach from the material world being cunningly constructed for each of us, the angst rapidly diminishes, and not just within us but so to our surroundings. Fear is simply an emotional reaction of the mind to that which is not yet understood. It is being used to paralyze you and cloud us in confusion. And although we may not understand now how or why the world is the way it is, it is simply so.

Innerstand this though, and know this always, we are all each of us part of the greatest whole. Living beings are the materialistic fibers united with the exquisite vibrations of that which creates all light behind every eye, and the most majestic maker of every soul. For this knowing that we are part and parcel to such an indescribable source of energy, a most wonderful thing to concentrate our minds upon in times of distress is the following divine affections.

No weapon can pierce the life that informs you. No fire can burn it. No water can drench it. No wind can make it dry. Have no fear and rise up, because I love you.

The Magnificent Bhagavad Gita—The Song of the Lord.

The Bhagavad Gita can be seen as the main literary support for the great religious civilization of India, the oldest surviving culture in the world. ~Thomas Merton, Catholic theologian, monk, author

Some similiar words as these were recorded in or around the fifth century BC and imparted to the young Prince Arjuna by Srikrishna, the embodiment, or in Sanskrit language an avatar, of Vishnu, the Supreme Lord of the ultimate reality surrounding this universe according to Hindi teachings.

The Bhagavad Gita is part of an epic called the Mahabharta attributed to a sage known as Vyasa and is acknowledged to contain the whole central doctrine of Hinduism referred to as the Vedanta—the conclusion of the Vedas.

The opening scene fittingly enough was set upon a battlefield, the field of Kuru, much like that in which we find ourselves presently. Arjuna, the young Prince could not understand the senselessness of war and the pitting of literally cousin against cousin and brother against brother for the sake of a throne, yet the battle was inevitably forming around him. As his fear mounted and he began to shake he was met with Krishna’s calming reasons to have no fear and be brave. As the ancient story goes, Arjuna asked Krishna to tell him who he is and why he is required to respond to the environment he finds himself in and why he is not supposed to feel trepidation. Krishna responded—

I am. All that you think. All that you say. Everything hangs on me. Like pearls on a thread. I am the earth sun and the fire’s heat. I am appearance and disappearance. I am the tricksters hoax. I am the radiance of all that shine and time grown old. All beings fall into the night and all beings are rolled back to daylight. I have already defeated all these warriors. He who thinks he can kill and he who thinks he can be killed are both mistaken.

The words above were in part the answer and they go on to elaborate how we are immortal souls, and furthermore, that the spiritually rich man must fight alone as the inner battle is unfolding and all begins in darkness, this is the most secret knowledge. I will encourage the readers to familiarize themselves with the Gita to comprehend this message further for their own clarity. It is a realatively short book which can be read in a few days, but as Ram Daas notes it most certainly cannot be understood in a few days, maybe not even in one’s lifetime.

In 1925 Mahatama Gandhi wrote the following words. “I find solace in the Bhagavad Gita that I miss even in the Sermon on the Mount. When disappointment stares me in the face and all alone I see not one ray of light I go back to the Bhagavad Gita. I find a verse here and a verse there, and I immediately begin to smile in the midst of overwhelming tragedies, and my life has been full of external tragedies. And if they have left no visible, or indelible scar on me, I owe it all to the Bhagavad Gita.”

Although I know little of such a momentous name such as Gandhi, I do know that he stated in his autobiography that there were three books that have moved him the most and those were, The Kingdom of God is Within You by Leo Tolstoy, Unto This Last by John Ruskin, and The Bhagavad Gita.

What qualities must a person posses and where do they acquire them from, for their namesake to be kept alive for centuries if not eons, to be remembered forever?

To put into context such a cherished, however fearless namesake such as Gandhi and the immeasurable impact his being has impressed upon wordly consciousness here is what Albert Einstein wrote in around 1940. “Generations to come, it may be, will scarce believe that such a one as this ever in flesh and blood walked upon this earth". ~Albert Einstein—Out of My Later Years pg 240.

There is nothing to fear as all the great works uniformly reason. All begins in darkness and this process of unfolding into light is our necessary destiny, as it is also for the dark ones that have now shown themselves so plainly in our world. Here is another most encouraging passage.

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tounge that shall rise against thee in judgment though shalt condemn.” The Book of Isaiah 54:17 ~The Holy Bible

We also see this in another highly revered repository of knowledge.

“And we will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and life and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient. Those who when disaster strikes them, say, indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to him we will return.” 2:155/156~Al Baqarah- The Quran (The Recitation)

These are but a fraction of the numerous almighty passages which thankfully fill the most treasured books that have ever been penned to paper. These three colossal works of literary antiquity, although they appear to be for one region or one group of people, or for the other, truly all teach the same things—Syncretism. It is all the same do you see? All the characters simply have been labeled other names. The separation of all spiritual books is done so by an establishment steeped in ignorance, keen on further dividing and conquering the whole of society. Organized religion truly has done a number on people, this is why Marx called all organized religion an opiate for the masses. What I often wonder is how many actually even know what the true definition of the term religion is? Good people of this world, it is far past the time we reclaim dominion over our own minds, and it can begin with not letting others define words for you.

Unfolding from dark to light.

As the wise Seneca voiced so long ago, “the sun also shines on the wicked”. This is only part of his words but what he seemed to assert here is that those morally corrupt entities, or those whom commence evil upon others will surely have their way sometime. However, this is certainly temporary, as light always extinguishes the darkness. It has to be this way. Imagine now a room full of darkness and the most miniscule amount of light is introduced and think how it can now be seen throughout the entire area, however, if this is inverted and we are now thinking of a room full of light, could you see the same small spec darkness? The answer of course would be no, and it is what we do with this knowledge that is so key to the current state of our surroundings. The inner light within each of us radiates to a degree outwardly that even the most seasoned of sages cannot fathom.

We do not conquer evil with evil, or correct an error with another error, as you do not put out fire with fire, rather one would do so with the opposite element water. The opposing action in the case of evil is most certainly love. I have learned and still learn further the necessity of returning good for evil and the stilling principles of ahimsa—non violence, or abstaining from injuring any living being, most particularly what we call animals.

I am reminded of more empowering words from Gandhi’s autobiography which is referred to often. It is a very old didactic poem which helps further guide my principles.

For a bowl of water give a goodly meal;

For a kindly greeting bow thou down with zeal;

For a simple penny pay thou back with gold;

If thy life be rescued, life do not withhold.

Thus the words and actions of the wise regard;

Every little service tenfold thay reward.

But the truly noble know all men as one,

And return with gladness good for evil done.

Let us all each of us lead with love and altruistic actions which indeed will set the fundamental example for our future. It matters not what the demonic force now so demonstrably present is nefariously planning or currently engaging us in, what matters is how we respond, not react, but respond.

Respond without fear and respond with kindness, as this infallible energy will resonate across all time and space, and this is the permanence that awaits us all.

Orwellian Prophecy

The book 1984 by George Orwell was required reading in my high school in 1985, at the very least suggested, difficult to recall exactly as it has been 33 years ago now.  Although George Orwell was a nom de plume, or, pen name, as his reported birth name is known by some to be Eric Blair.  I know this because it is documented in the book itself.

1984 was not an instruction manual, it was a prescient warning. 

What the manuscript did not imply however is the knowledge that Mr. Blair was not only in service to the Indian Imperial Police, or that 1984 was possibly the most significant book of the 20th century, but that MI-5, or British Intelligence, had him under surveillance since 1929 until his passing in 1950; seemingly because of the content of his writings and personal views on society. 

This is because as many now realize when you are over the target, you get attacked.  First they attempt to hire you, if that does not work they work to destroy your credibility, and when this fails they castigate and censor you, and lastly if all else fails the cabal will stop at nothing to silence you.  However, this is nothing to be fearful of, as what we do in this life it has been written, will reverberate throughout eternity. 

On the crucial content of this material.

This information has been declassified by the National Archives.  Point being, he knew what time it is, and what time it is going to be unless and until the good people of this world do not themselves change the course of which we are now rapidly moving towards.  The book is titled 1984, however it was first published in 1949 right before his strange passing over in 1950.  There are several theories as to why the title 1984, yet these seem to be the most shallow and most readily provided.  I am inclined to suggest that 1984 is reminiscent to the 100 year anniversary to the founding of the Fabian Society in London, which was in 1884. 100 year marks seem very important to the so called elite and others, such as we see with the purple revolution being promulgated currently, which happens to be exactly 100 years since the Bolshevik Revolution which started in Russia in 1917.    

Like the color purple, Deep Purple, the artist formerly known as Prince, and the Purple Rain.  This is because the color purple (iodine) rings with the highest vibration, and precisely why the color of so-called “royalty,” is also purple.  And the color of the most precious nutrient to all our health--Potassium.

With 1984 Mr. Blair was known to have been feverishly working to get this book completed as his health was evidently failing at the young age of 47.  It is very apparent to me now that sadly one's work is not fully appreciated, nor even realized many times until after they pass on, such is the same with George Orwell.  This is a shame, for if the masses would turn their attention to the wise sooner, the world would be a much different place.  Although the term “Orweillian” is being used much more frequently now, even being somewhat defined in the Webster’s “New World” dictionary, most people I surmise have no idea what the term implies and even less of what the book wrongly thought to be a work of fiction details. While reading it several years back a new client at the time, a younger person aged around 21 or so exclaimed to me this was her favorite fiction book.  If only that were true, the part it being fiction and all.  I often wonder if she has been able to connect more dots and see's things a bit more clearly now?

After reading the book numerous times now throughout my life, and what Eric Blair foretold in these prophetic pages over 67 years ago is eerily similar, and perhaps far beyond even what he had then anticipated as our future.  He envisioned a world of thought crimes, thought police, newspeak, double speak, cameras, monitors, detectors, citizen against citizen, false flags, the destruction of language, vocabulary diminution, and ridiculous illogical math such as 2+2 equaling 5, (Common Core which has been implemented in “progressive” schools since 2012).

What are they teaching your children?  You best find out.

George Orwell’s vision of our society in 1984 told of enormous tele-screens, even plastering the streets, showing sports and other ridiculous circuses which continually emitted lies, propaganda, and other vapid nonsense that somehow kept the people miserably occupied and completely disconnected from reality.  This was well before any type of television screens were available to the public mind you.  He wrote of a world full of ignorant people completely under mass hypnosis immersed in sports games and speaking gibberish, their words reduced to unintelligible slang which was all deliberately promoted and designed to diminish the range of their thinking. Because as he also knew, when you abbreviate words, you also abbreviate, and do not complete your thoughts which reduces levels of comprehension.  Of course they themselves were not aware of this as they continued to grunt and utter incomprehensible jargon, seemingly relishing in their own doltishness.  He explicitly wrote about a hierarchical society based on poverty and ignorance.  An entire world that “believed” what the tele-screens sold them, instead of knowing even slivers of truths.  A society that was governed by a “Minister of Truth that dealt in lies, a Minister of Peace that concerned itself with war, a Minister of Love with torture, and a Minister of Plenty with starvation.”

A world where,  “War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, and Ignorance was Strength.”

Fear paralyzes and makes one unable to think and it has been used from time immemorial to enslave people.

He imagined complete and absolute control of every world citizen, even their private activities, by a tyrannical force that had a goal of world destruction.  He wrote of Constant and Terrible wars that kept the populace in a perpetual state of anxiety and fear with entire departments of state that were tasked with completely fabricating and rewriting history.  A time where school children were only permitted to regurgitate what they were told and where words were made “nicer.” In 1984 written in 1947, every citizen was under constant surveillance having exactly no privacy at any time, terrified to speak anything that did not support the party line.

“We are rapidly entering the age of no privacy, where everyone is open to surveillance at all times; where there are no secrets from government.”  Supreme Court Justice~William O. Douglas 1966,

As Erich Fromm points out in the afterword of 1984, the information in the book was meant to be a warning to the human family.  There are powerful messages within these pages directed at our supposed leaders, peace officers, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, to anyone halfway conscious that they better look up and look about themselves before it is to late.  To take immediate notice of the systems they are in service to and begin to question the morality of the stated goals, agendas, and the egregious actions necessarily foisted upon the people to accomplish them.

We are living in the direct center of the universe that Mr. Blair outlined for us over 67 years ago and yet there are still so many asleep which do not see it. What else is it going to take? They do not see it because they have nothing to compare anything to, precisely like the once crystal blue skies which are now grey and dark from another megalomaniacal agenda.  Full spectrum dominance of every single thing on this entire planet and all the others as well it seems.  Many do not see it because they do not want to and think that ignorance is bliss, or even worse, let the tele-screens and other imbeciles on “social” media sell them what reality is, but at least they have 10 million friends!  The few that do and realize where we are headed, well, they are “just doing their jobs,” don’t you know.  This of course is akin to selfishness and of exactly cowardice as well, presumably to petrified to look for another line of work that would actually promote and elevate the human family as opposed to assisting in destroying it.

Our silence, is our consent.  It gives consent to the most calamitous future one can possibly fathom if we continue on in this despicable manner as the supposed most intelligent life forms on the planet.  Man cannot un-see the truth, and as Pythagorean philosophy shares with us through his infinite wisdom, for good is simple, evil is manifold.

According to New York Curbed, “A program to install Art Deco-style towers in front of the city’s bridges and tunnels has come under heavy scrutiny this week after it was revealed that the MTA had set aside $100 million for the project, in the midst of a subway crisis.” 

The problem is the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) installed three of these Orwellian looking towers and are refusing to tell their people what they are being used for. At this time they are stating “no comment.”

The beautiful color purple, the color of our Crown within.   This is the Queen of minerals color—purple.

This is why the artist Prince sang the song purple rain, as is also why he and many others including “royalty”, drape themselves in purple and perhaps most have seen the movie, The Color Purple or heard the band Deep Purple.

This is the motherly protectors color. Purple is the Crown, as it is right below the ether, which is the 5th element, or Platonic solid that has been long hidden and removed from “science”. Purple resonates to pot ash.   Pot  Ash  Ium, Potassium.

As Issac Newton realized, when white light from our golden sun is divided the result is 7 different colors, these are the colors of mesmerizing rainbows and also the magnificent colors within. Easily noticed is the color that will always be on top, purple the color of potassium.

Although now what we are witnessing of late is the systematic inversion of the color wheel to bind developing minds to a most deleterious agenda. Not only by replacing the color purple, the color of spirit with that of red promoting fear, they have even added the color pink. It is necessary to note here that there are not 8 colors when white light is divided there are 7, and the numeral 7 is representative of heaven or the supreme being.

The number 7 is equated to perfect balance and harmony, this is why on a scale measuring PH, potential hydrogen, 7 is in the direct center and alkaline. Whereas the numeral 8 as great as it is, represents control. Which is exactly what is being accomplished through the highest form, symbolism. There is no doubt that the vast majority waiving and looking at these images have no idea about any of this. However there is an intention behind this propaganda and it is one of inverting life as we used to know it on every level.

Why is everywhere 7?

Even yoga studios and perceived places for higher learning are littering their walls and marketing materials with these images. What kind of enlightened leader would want to invert our sacred colors within? Red, as necessary as it is, belongs down below, as it is affixed to animalistic tendencies, fear and reaction, not calmness or response. Precisely how the archontic force attempting this world take over would have us living in, fear. Our root chakra is called the muladhara, signified by the color red and the physical material world, how fitting.

Back though to the empowering and spiritual vibrations of the color purple and potassium.

If one were to take a plant and burn it to ash, and then take that ash boil and evaporate it, the residue would be pot ash. Our extremely resourceful ancestors did just this.  They once gathered plants, blessed and burned them, then took the ash, the pot ash; boiled and evaporated it for the residue to make soap, which everyone knows to be a cleansing agent, an alkalizer, antacid, or neutralizer.

This is due to the fact that potassium much like magnesium has an insatiable, or unending hunger for water thus dehydrating the unnecessary bacterium to its demise. Interestingly enough, although bananas contain some potassium they are far from an adequate source for someone seeking more of this essential nutrient. This was simply another clever marketing campaign. The most concentrated bio-available forms are from plants, or organic greens, beans, purple foods, organic apple cider vinegar with the “mother,” and one of the most powerful foods on the face of the whole earth, dates. As dates are entirely full of perfectly balanced mineral sugars such as potassium, again being purple.

The one known as the prophet Muhammad is said to have eaten little else other than dates and water for extended periods of time.

The information in the images below however concerning, was published in both the New England Journal of Medicine and The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

The summary of the above information is that less than 2% of American adults receive even the bare minimum “recommended” intake of potassium today. And what is recommended by those whom no nothing of nutrition, and have changed the laughable food pyramid at least 4 times is not even a fraction of the amount which could be utilized in human dietaries.

Imagine now the children and what they receive by way of potassium, eating chemically laden food like substances contained in colored cardboard boxes that possess an unending shelf life.

The typical American now seems to take in less than a 1/4 percent of what our ancestors did.
